COFFEE PANNA COTTA

Coffee Panna Cotta


Ingredients



2 tsp Gelatin Powder 
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract 
1/3 cup Hot Water


1 250 ml All Purpose Cream 
2 tsp Stick Instant Coffee 
1/4 cup White Sugar 


Chocolate Sauce (Optional)
1/4 cup Dark Chocolate Buttons 
1/4 cup Evaporated Milk 


Procedure



Place a pot over low heat and pour hot water, sugar, vanilla extract and instant coffee. 



Mix well until sugar dissolved.

Add  all purpose crream, mix well and cook for 2 to 3 minutes while continue stirring.

Add gelatine powder, mix well.

Turn of the flame and transfer in 4 plastic molds 



Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

To make the chocolate sauce, place a bowl over a pot with simmering water. Put chocolate buttons and evaporated milk.

Once the chocolate started to melt, mix using spatula until smooth and glossy.

Turn of the flame and leave to cool.

Chocolate sauce is optional you can use ready made chocolate syrup.

Transfer in a serving plate and drizzel over your prepared chocolate sauce.
