Filipino Style Skinless Longanisa

Ingredients:
500grams pork mince
½ cup brown sugar
1 head garlic, peeled and minced finely
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp vinegar
1 tbsp salt
2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp canola oil

Direction:

In a bowl, mix pork and gradually all the ingredients.
Mix well.
Roll into tubes and wrap individual in baking paper to avoid sticking
Store in the freezer.
Makes 15-20 pcs depending on the size of the tube.

Cooking procedure:
Fry until golden brown.
