Filipino Gising Gising Recipe

This is the seafood version of the chopseuy with a twist of chilli and adding tofu. This is popular serve in a sizzling hot plate.


Ingredients

1/2 cup Broccoli cut into bite size
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup Sweet peas
1 block Hard tofu
1/2 bag Seafood/Marinara Mix
1/2 cup Carrots 
3-5 tbsp Oyster sauce
Chilli (optional)
1 medium onion minced
3 gloves garlic minced
2 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp of water.
Salt and pepper to taste

Direction:

1. Cut the tofu into cubes. Fry till golden brown set aside.
2. Saute garlic and onion.
3. Add Marinara/Seafood Mix
4. Add oyster sauce.
5. Simmer for a few more minutes.
6. Add all vegetables. Add water with cornstarch
7. Salt and pepper to taste
8. Simmer for a few more minutes till vegetable are tender.
