Easy Chocolate Truffles



Ingredients

2 packets Arnotts Tim Tam
250 grams Farmer’s Table Spreadable Cream Cheese
200 grams dark chocolate, melted
100 grams white chocolate, to decorate

Direction

1. Crush the packets of Tim Tam in a food processor to a fine crumb. Add the cream cheese and process until combined.

2. Roll into small balls (1-2 teaspoons) and refrigerate until firm.

3. Using a fork, dip the balls into the melted dark chocolate, and place onto a lines baking tray. Refrigerate until set.

4. To decorate drizzle with melted white chocolate and refrigerate until ready to serve
