Festive Choc Truffles



Ingredients:

300 grams Nestle Plaistowe Dark Chocolate, melted
395 grams can Nestle Sweetened Condensed Milk
1 cup (100grams) finely crumbled chocolate cake
1 tbs gold edible shimmer powder
50 grams pistachios, finely chopped
1/4 cup (25 grams) gold and silver sprinkles
2 tbs Nestle Plaistowe Cocoa

Direction:

1. Place melted chocolate, condensed milk and cake crumbs in a large bowl. Stir until well combined. Place in the fridge for 1 hour or until firm.

2. Line a baking tray with baking paper. Roll 2 tsp portions of chocolate mixture into balls. Place on the lined tray.

3. Place shimmer powder, pistachio, sprinkles and cocoa powder in separate bowls. Roll 1 bowl in the shimmer powder to coat. Place on the lined tray. Repeat with remaining balls, alternating between the shimmer powder.. pistachio, sprinkles and cocoa powder.

4. Store the truffles in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
